India Gala
Friday, October 14th 2011 at Immanuel United Church of Christ
Tickets cost $35/person which includes hors'deurves, wine, beer, soda, water, and coffee,plus an exquisite dinner and gourmet dessert. This year's Entrée Choices include ½ Duck, Bacon wrapped Filets, and Chicken Saltimbocca.
The evening events will include: Silent Auction, 50/50 drawing, and raffle plus music by The Flaut Streicher Quartet
Free child care provided
Proceeds from Gala will go towards buying landand future school expansion
How can you help make the evening a success?
- Buy a ticket and bring a friend...this is a great opportunity for you to introduce others to our exciting ministry in India!
- Contribute to the Silent Auction
- Consider using your talents to make a Handcrafted Item
- Consider auctioning off a special meal at your home or food item
- Consider donating an item to the different Raffle Baskets that are being put together (see signup sheet outside Pastor Rich's office)
- Consider asking the owner of a restaurant or business that you frequent if they would donate an item.(Maybe offer them a "Matching Deal". You'll buy one certificate to donate to a Raffle Basket if they donate one of equal value for Silent Auction.)
- Donate beverages or requested food. Costs are drastically reduced with the generous contributions of these items
- Cash Donations are also appreciated to help offset the costs of the Gala
